Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Lead & drive the Micro Credit (MC) channel to ensure month on month volume growth.
  • Manage sales team in MC Channel, ensure their sales targets, motivation and engagement.
  • Research and implement Online-Offline health service model, so that both entities can be strongly connected and can efficiently serve rural people.
  • Stakeholders’ management and engagement with local partners, NGO, government & MF organization.
  • Scoping out new opportunity for revenue generation for this channel, identify new health service sales opportunity - products that can fit with customer and channel demand.
  • Prepare channel business case considering short and long-term goal where organization can be confident to ensure expected margin.
  • Review and provide pointers for product upgrade based on channel feedback and help develop better product for improved revenue.
  • Design & implement efficient sales programs or methods for partners & field sales team to motivate and drive business.
  • Design & implement consumer engagement & referral programs to make them engage so that existing customers refer the services to new customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to design required market materials for partners which will ensure proper visual presence of the products and services. Also ensure brand visibility in working markets.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of reward among customers and Sales team as per preset criteria.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputed business school, masters will be an added advantage.
  • 8~12 years’ experience in core sales, working in regional sales/area manager will get preference.
  • Experience in Micro Credit Industry/Banking industry is preferred.
  • Exceptionally smooth in handling and working in digital platforms.
  • Ability to ensure regular market visit.
  • Strong leadership skill to engage sales team to ensure maximum outcome.
  • Know-how of area/regional operations.
  • Should be able to manage people from agency, partners.
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
