Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Lead & drive health products through right channel engagement and ensure month on month volume growth.
  • Field sales team management and guide team to ensure expected sales volume.
  • Research and implement Online-Offline health service model so that both entities can be strongly connected and serve people with more connected way.
  • Ensure new opportunity for health service to sell (for example by rural pharmacy) are identified and then brought to launch, working with product team.
  • Always thirsty for scoping new opportunity for revenue generation for this channel.
  • Design & implement different structured development & engagement programs to motivate own & partner’s key drivers.
  • Motivate & engage teams to increase participants of partner’s field staffs to generate revenue.
  • Ensure disbursement of reward among key drivers as per set criteria to motivate team.
  • Continuously engage with partners and create strong rapport to strengthen long term partnership.
  • Support partner activity to bring joint business outcome.
  • Managing local health NGO, government & health organizations to scoping out new collaboration opportunity.
  • Always scoping out ways to ensure partners confidence and appropriate collaboration to build strong relationships which will surely drive business.
  • Conduct structured market research about offline-online health service model.
  • Implement the offline-online business model in different geographies of the country.
  • Onboard health partners, local & international NGOs for joint implementation of the model.
  • Channel business case preparation considering short and long-term goal where organization can be confident to ensure expected margin.
  • Design Health Partners aligned products & services where both entity, partners and organization can be benefited.
  • Review existing products and make necessary changes in alignment with relevant team to ensure highest outcome.
  • Drive customer satisfaction of this channel to ensure repeat purchase and referrals.
  • Lead preparing channel reports with appropriate data presentation for periodic management reviews.
  • Periodic channel budget analysis to ensure keeping the channel expenditure within approved channel budget.
  • Design & implement highly engaged programs for partners & field sales team to motivate and drive business.
  • Support proper calculation of the programs to that actual beneficiary/driver can be identified as per set criteria.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to design required market materials for partners which will ensure proper visual presence of the products and services. Also ensure brand visibility in working markets.
  • Coordinate and solve cross functional issues for smooth channel operation.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputed business school, masters will be an added advantage.
  • 8~12 years’ experience in core sales, working in regional sales/area manager will get preference.
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry/Banking industry/ Pharmaceutical Industry are preferred.
  • Exceptionally smooth in handling and working in digital platforms.
  • Ability to ensure regular market visit.
  • Strong leadership skill to engage sales team to ensure maximum outcome.
  • Know-how of area/regional operations.
  • Should be able to manage people from agency, partners.
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
