Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Dedication towards sales drive for assigned territory and bring MoM sales growth engaging Sales Executives and Territory Officers.
  • Develop assigned territory as DH’s business hub so that expected sales numbers are generated.
  • Build and nursing structured retail outlets and make them active to generate regular sales. Strong and regular communication with retails to engage them towards selling DH’s services.
  • Always maintain company-guided resource headcount [Sales Executives/Territory Officers] for the territory along with maintaining a waiting pool for resources so that any vacancies can be filled up immediately. Ensure proper training during onboarding any new resource and conduct frequent refresher sessions with existing resources.
  • Always thrive to explore new opportunities in the territory and capitalize on these for sales growth.
  • Ensure proper placement along with long-time retention of all trade marketing POSM materials at POS as per company guidelines. Also need to maintain company provided all promotional materials like POSM, Parasol, Kiosk, etc in a good manner to ensure maximum sustainability.
  • Always maintain strong communication with channel leads, S&D team’s and other relevant departments and functions to ensure proper execution of all activities in assigned territory.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3~5 years’ experience as territory officer or territory manager
  • Experienced in leading & guiding field sales personnel
  • Frequent market visit capacity
  • Know-how of Sales tactics
  • Trade marketing & BTL activity execution
  • Should be able to manage field sales personnel [sales executives & territory officers] of different channels
