Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular Doctor’s Chamber visits and get Doctor’s recommendation for Mediexpress Business (Medicine Home Delivery)
  • Develop & Maintain sustainable relationships with physicians and get lead for medicine home delivery.
  • Onboard new doctors (selected specialists) to get lead for medicine delivery
  • Design and prepare reports on medicine delivery through doctor’s recommendation.
  • Share the market update on a regular basis.
  • Get intimated with ESEs and get the order delivered in time.
  • Track the delivery status and take corrective measures if required to ensure a better customer experience.
  • Work closely with Mediexpress Team & Regional Team to get the update of the receivable.
  • Settle the receivable amount, if any on regular basis.
  • Coordinate with other cross-functional teams for smooth business operation.
  • Work closely with the Clinical team to get specialist doctors' contact.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 3~5 years’ experience in the pharmacy retail and distribution business.
  • Strong negotiation skills that support gaining a win-win relationship with channel partners.
  • Willing and physically fit to do extensive market visits.
  • Sound in MS office package operation especially in MS Excel
  • Know-how of pharmacy retail channel and overall pharmacy industry.
  • Should be able to manage people from National Distributor, Pharmacy Channel, Sales team.
