Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in settling claims as per SLA; prepare claim status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Claim dispute management with internal stakeholders and insurance partners.
  • Selection of new insurance partner for new products and smooth operations.
  • Preparing the Operation plan and aligning all stakeholders also execution the operation smoothly.
  • Internal stakeholders and MT member requirement wise insurance features and products development and execution of the process end to end.

  • Insurance Operation, tech, project management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Budgeting and forecasting of cash operations function of DH
