Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Team Lead in developing people, organization, skills, culture, and engagement to improve performance and to achieve business goals.
  • Responsible to be the client-facing member of the HR team along with the HR Team Lead.
  • Understand the business, its issues, and challenges, to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
  • Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers on people-related issues and processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment).
  • Drive employee engagement in line with DH business goals, strategy and plans.
  • Support Business Managers in translating business priorities into Functional goals and objectives.
  • Assist the functional/departmental senior team members to assess current workforce strengths and weaknesses.
  • Lead performance management of people in the alignment of business goals, support Business Managers to run out the processes, target setting, evaluation, fixing reward management.
  • Create innovative employee engagement solutions which are aligned with the DH business goals.
  • Lead and manage people reward & recognition scheme.
  • Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counselling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issues.
  • Provide support to make talent and leadership development plans and implement them.
  • Facilitate functional panel reviews and follow up processes to identify and develop the growth of people.
  • Handling all talent acquisition tasks, from job postings to onboarding, in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.
  • Manage yearly HR financial budget and support Finance & Accounts team on various reporting.
  • Establish industry competitive employer branding practices.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Performance Management.
  • Proven experience in HR Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act & Labor Rules, well-versed in the employment-related ordinance.
  • Capable of influencing and impacting people across all levels in the Organization.
  • Capable of building cross-functional collaborative relationships.
  • Conversant in managing projects and programs.
  • Data-driven and analytical mentality.
  • Critical customer (all people) handling mindset.
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Excel and Reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
