Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Capable to solve any software and hardware problem of Laptop/PC.
  • Provide IT support to end-user for their Desktop, Laptop, e-mail, Wi-Fi, Printer, scanner, others IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot windows & MAC OS/software related issues.
  • Provide 24x7 support to Doctors & Agents who are using call centre solutions.
  • Monitor alert generated from Call Center environment & act accordingly.
  • Monitor & Manage office internet bandwidth.
  • Ensure backup of the network devices (Router, Switches).
  • Configure & provide the users who are using VPN’s.
  • Monitor link alerts & take actions accordingly.
  • Hands-on work experience on LAN, WAN, VPN.
  • Configure and maintain Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, Firewall etc.
  • Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting (computer Assembling, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, and Related Equipment etc.)
  • Sound knowledge about computer hardware management
  • Must have hands-on experience on Mikrotik router & Cisco Switches.
  • Provide support for Office365.
  • Manage IT ticketing tool support (ManageEngine).
  • Vendor management & KPI monitoring.
  • Monthly meeting with vendor & preparing vendor performance report.
  • Manage IT assets & inventory.
  • Purchase IT equipment & manage the procurement process.

Job Specifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • BSC in CSE preferred
  • Maintain & Troubleshooting LAN, Wifi, Laptops.
  • Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self-motivated, driven by results.
  • Communicate/escalate/coordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
  • Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work in different shifting times (Roaster Duty).
  • Ability to support remotely in case of any emergency/incident.
  • Ability to perform on-call duty.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction - Customer Sanctification Surveys are key performance indicators for individuals.
  • Good oral & written communication skill is mandatory.
  • Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self-motivated, driven by results.
  • Communicate/ escalate/ co-ordinate with stakeholders for faster problem resolution.
  • MCSA, CCNA, Redhat, Mikrotik
