To help accelerate the fight against COVID, and build the largest digital health platform in Bangladesh, Digital Healthcare Solutions (DH) is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager–DSE Channel under its’ Commercial function to support its expanding business. Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute channel sales strategy.
  • Prepare Channel Business Plan (Quarter-wise).
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and engagement strategies.
  • Design and execute monthly sales campaigns for FF.
  • Plan territory wise FF allocation and ensure FF as per approves business case.
  • Ensure effective sales forecasting from each FF.
  • Prepare FF wise monthly sales target.
  • Develop and nurture good relationships with channel partners to ensure proper and timely execution of Sales activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure Trade marketing support for channel to ensure proper delivery and brief trade communications about existing and new product/s so that channel partners can be quickly onboarded and they can start to drive the market.
  • Guide sales teams for proper merchandising execution to get maximum attraction from the target market.
  • Explore new channels to expand activities and set benchmarking for DH.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams along with external stakeholders like Channels and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Master’s degree
  • 3~5 years’ experience in channel Management/distribution Sales
  • Ability to travel regularly within Bangladesh.
  • Strong negotiation skills that support gaining a win-win relationship with channel partners.
  • Sound in MS office package operation
  • Know-how of trade marketing & BTL activity plan & execution
  • Should be able to manage people from agency, partners, sales team.
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
